Frequently asked questions
Can I commit to Field Day monthly, or just annually?
Field Day only offers annual plans. This is one full year after your 90-day free trial.
Do I need to purchase a seat for every employee in my company?
No, you are not required to include all employees in your annual plan. You may, for example, purchase users based on the number of employees you expect to participate in your volunteer program (as members of your Team on Field Day).
If participation exceeds expectations (yay!) and you need to add more users, that's no problem. We'll send you an invoice for prorated seats at the standard rate, based on the remainder of your billing cycle.
What if I need to add more members to my Team midway through the year?
We'll send you an invoice to cover additional users added at $129 per user, prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
Here's an example: Say your contract runs from January 1 to December 31. On July 1 (halfway through the year), additional users will be $64.50 per seat (half the price of a user). On September 1, additional users will be $32.35 per seat.
We take payment by credit card, check, or bank transfer. After you confirm the details of your plan with our sales team, we'll send an invoice.
Can only employers create Teams on Field Day? What about my family, friend group, etc.?
Right now, only employers can create Teams on Field Day. When you create a Team, we'll verify your eligibility and activate your profile within one business day.
A free tier for other community groups to volunteer together and track their impact is coming soon. Sign up for Field Day news and announcements to be notified.
In the meantime, folks who want to volunteer together can sign up for events and shifts that are open to the public. Explore nonprofit profiles on Field Day to see what they have coming up.
